Letitia Stevenson Awarded AHS Designation

Letitia Stevenson Awarded AHS Designation

GREENVILLE, DE - Letitia Stevenson, a REALTOR® licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, has been awarded the Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS) designation. She joins a growing number of professionals throughout the United States who have recognized the importance and benefits of specialized training in home staging and redesign. In today's increasingly competitive and complex real estate market, Stevenson's training and experience sets her apart by helping residential and luxury homeowners market and showcase their homes for maximum impact to potential buyers. Stevenson offers home staging and redesign as a value-added service to her clients.

"As the real estate industry becomes more sophisticated, sellers are opting to stage their home to get an edge over the competition." said Letitia Stevenson.  "Buyers want a turn-key situation, i.e., they want a home that is move-in ready. Buyers are really busy with a lot on their plate: starting a new family, starting a new job, or relocating - to name a few. Many buyers are also strapped after purchasing a home. Buyers want to move in without having to fix up the home."

Stevenson earned the designation by successfully completing the Accredited Home-Staging Specialist coursework and exam.  The Accredited Home-Staging Course is designed to provide agents with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively stage a home for a faster sale and higher sales price.  In fact, research has shown that properly staged homes sell for 5% more on average than non-staged homes and sell approximately 2-3 weeks faster.
